MAMISCO was established in the year 1949 and has its origins in Howrah, West Bengal, India. In 1949 a Forging Unit was founded which later specialized in the field of small forgings for various machinery equipment’s for Steel Plants and Jute Mills. In the beginning of the 1949 the company was headed by Mr.Himanshu Ghosh who began with the Forging Unit. Later Mr.Dipak Ghosh extended the production to include Forklift Forks for the Material Handling Industry. In 2012 Mr.Subham Ghosh included Forklift Attachments in MAMISCO’s Product Range for the Material Handling Industry. MAMISCO succeeded, over the last several decades in offering its customers optimized solutions for specific task requirements in the Material Handling Industry. Therefore many forklift trucks today fulfill their jobs with MAMISCO Forks & Attachments.
Today the family run business, is one of India’s leading supplier of Forklift Forks & Attachments. It is managed in the second generation by Mr.Dipak Ghosh and in the third generation by Mr.Subham Ghosh. Besides its Registered & Head Office in Kolkata, West Bengal, India and Factory in Howrah, West Bengal, India – MAMISCO operates via Dealers, Distributors and Agents who are present in 15+ States in India.
